1973 Advertisement - Corning Ware's New Improved Shape
From the May 1973 issue of Chatelaine, this advertisement showcases the new and improved design of Corning Ware square casseroles and percolators. The change had occurred during late 1972.
"Women who already own Corning Ware cookware, made some valuable suggestions: flatter bottoms, that sit tight to range-top elements ... thinner sides to distribute heat more evenly ... bigger handles, a better designed detachable handle ... larger knobs on tighter fitting lids. The result is new Corning Ware cookware.
It's still the famous cookware you can take from freezer to oven or range-top to table with ease and pride. But it's better because you helped us make it better.
So now there's all the more reason to own Corning Ware cookware."
