Being only a 3 cup teapot, it is a very small pattern sample, and Floral Bouquet does vary from piece to piece.  But features common to each Corning Ware item are the blue highlights and the sage green colour.  The Gemco pieces are printed in just two colours, lime green and orange.

Floral Bouquet was originally designed by artist Robert Gibson, who was responsible for the predominantly yellow wrap-around decoration found on Corning Ware casseroles.  This design debuted as a promotional in late 1969, in special gift sets only.  It appears that it was re-introduced as a standard pattern in the spring of 1971.  After this point it would be re-designed by Patricia Luzier and Gregory Mirow, and the new version was simpler and centred on the front of the casserole.
